EULA - End User License Agreement

The license agreement.
The present license agreement concerns to the version of program Chess Lines 1.7.
1. All rights, which have been not stipulated in the present license agreement, are kept for Bel Co.

2. Copyrights on "Chess Lines" belong exclusively to the author - Bel Co.

3. Bel Co gives the license for free use of the given software ("Chess Lines").

4. "CHESS LINES" it IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". BEL CO DOES NOT INCUR AND DOES NOT MEAN ANY GUARANTEE CERTIFICATES. YOU USE "CHESS LINES" ON THE RISK. AUTHOR DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF THE DATA, DAMAGE, LOSS OF THE PROFIT OR ANY OTHER LOSSES, WHICH HAVE OCCURRED DURING USE, OR MISUSE OF THE GIVEN SOFTWARE.

5. You may not use, copy, emulate, create new versions let or rent, to sell, change, decompile, disassemble, to study a code of the program other ways, to transfer the program or any of its components, otherwise, than is determined by the present license agreement. Any such illegal use means automatic and immediate cancellation of the present agreement and may be pursued under the law.

6. You may make as many copies of this distribution package as you wish; you may give exact copies of this distribution package; distribute this distribution package in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Chess Lines without written permission from all of the copyright holders. If you want to distribute Chess Lines in a retail location, or as part of a hardware or software bundle, or on CD-ROM you must get PRIOR signed written permission from Bel Co. Bel Co reserves his right to withhold permission.

7. Conditions of the present agreement, no less than design of the interface, may be changed in the subsequent versions "Chess Lines".

8. Installation and use means acceptance of conditions of the present license agreement.

9. If you disagree with conditions of the present license agreement or if conditions of the present agreement contradict laws of your country, you immediately should remove files "Chess Lines" from your devices of storage of the information and stop to use this software.
